"Prosol UK have worked for Lend Lease on the Manchester Joint Hospitals Project since 2006 and over that time have delivered numerous projects totalling in excess of £15m. Projects ranged from refurbishment, new build and fit out to infrastructure and external works.
Prosol's proactive and can-do attitude and their well organised and disciplined approach to the projects delivered often resulted in works being completed ahead of schedule and provided a buffer period to complete any snagging identified by the Lend Lease team or the Independent Certifier ahead of handover so that the NHS received the facility defects free.
This is particularly important in facilities where infection control is so important and going back in to complete works is a last resort.
In summary the procedures that Prosol implement and the manner in which they execute them have resulted in a great working relationship with Lend Lease over the last 6 years and have resulted in some fantastic outcomes for all stakeholders at the Manchester Joint Hospitals Project.
I would not hesitate to use Prosol again on future schemes and would recommend them to others."
