Central Manchester Hospitals – £400m total project Value
Responsible for the delivery of over 30 facilities totalling 40,000m2 and over £70m on this 64 acre operational Hospital site, from initial 1:500 design through to delivery and close out. Facilities delivered have included General Medical, Surgical, Renal, Rehabilitation and Haematology Wards; extensive Laboratory Areas, Sterile Services Departments, Theatres, Endoscopy Suites, Children’s and Adult Mental Health Faculties, Office and Support Spaces, Education Campus, Energy Centre and HV\LV substations .
The Prosol UK management team Liaised with the NHS Trust at user group and senior management level to ensure clarity in delivery and to maintain the profile and perception of the deliverables.
